What it looks like here.
Photographs taken by owners who live in The Landings. Dated, taken in common areas, and posted with location data removed.
These are photographs of streets, curbs, and common areas — shared spaces every owner here uses and pays to maintain. They are a record of a pattern, not a complaint about any individual neighbor.
We do not publish photographs of faces or of children. If you believe an image here identifies you or your property, write to us and we will remove it the same day, no questions asked.
We hold additional photographs and video from this community that we have chosen not to publish. They include large groups at the pool in apparent violation of community rules, a late-night incident at a resident's front door, and individuals on private property who did not appear to belong there.
We are not publishing them because they show identifiable people, in some cases including minors, and because we are not in a position to establish who those individuals were or what came of any of it. Naming or displaying a person on a website is not something we are willing to do to win a vote.
The relevant material has been made available to the Board and to management, which is the appropriate place for it. We mention it here only so that owners understand this page reflects a deliberate limit, not the full extent of what has occurred.

If you've photographed something in a common area — vehicles blocking a street or turnaround, trash at the curb on a changeover day, amenities at capacity — send it in. Include the date and where in the community you took it.
